At this peak, I’m leaving everything behind and only take with me the wonderful view of the city. I’m going to stop dwelling on what ifs and what could have been. I’ve lived in the past for way too long and I need to move on even if that means leaving my safe zone. Tomorrow will be another chapter in my book and I can’t wait what it brings. I’m going to live knowing I will make the best of it and knowing I have the support of my family and friends. They never fail me and I’m always thankful for that. (at Sunol Regional Wilderness)
